Shipping method

You order will be delivered with Japan Post. All shipments will be sent via Japan Post's EMS (Express Mail Service).

In the event of any issues during shipping, such as damage to the package or missing contents, EMS provides free insurance coverage for items valued up to 20,000 JPY. Learn more here.

Shipping charges vary by country, and will be displayed at checkout according to your zone.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3 working days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Cancellations and changes to your order or shipping address are not accepted after order confirmation.

• If your parcel is returned to us due to extended absence or refused delivery, you will be charged for the return shipping and redelivery costs incurred.
